I was going to be all subtle about it, but Jackpot will be debuting at #13 on the New York Times bestseller list this week and I’m geeked. Lifelong dreams come at you weird ways sometimes but that doesn’t make it any less sweet. If I’m being honest with myself, it feels a little bit like cheating, but I worked harder on this book than anything else I’ve written and I’m very happy about this. I’ve had a blast working with the legendary Stuart Woods and his equally amazing team at Putnam.

UPDATE: Looks like the book also showed up at #13 on the USA Today bestseller list as well as #5 on the Wall Street Journal e-book bestseller list.
