I don’t expect to do one of these every week, but since this was my first week I thought I’d check in with an update, then maybe another one in a month or so.
Even going over my calorie allotment 4 days last week (and two of those quite substantially), paying attention to what I shoved in my face and exercising more was enough for a 2.5 lb weight loss and a 2.5 inch loss from my waist size. I of course don’t expect this amount every week, but it was a nice boost to keep me engaged for week two. So that puts my weight at 212.5 lbs and my waist at 42.5 inches.
