  1. Hey, welcome to the party Carrie. I’ve been meaning to give sirloins a try on the grill. My go to cut is ribeye, but that’s expensive for everyday grilling and I know a few others who have good luck with them. Do you have a preferred sirloin?

  2. Not too thin is all (because of the risk of over-cooking is so great). I rubbed em with Tony Chachere and they were amazing! Though, one could argue, that Tony Chachere makes everything amazing.
